[MPlayer-dev-eng] latest mingw network patch

here's version five of the mingw network patch :-) basically contains
the changes that were suggested earlier.

this patch assumes that DATADIR has been changed to something
different, i didn't do that yet. thus, this patch has not been tested
by me. however, i considered the changes trivial enough to post this
patch for review/testing anyhow - it could then be applied once those
DATADIR changes are done, unless something unexpected comes up. :-)

what i did test are the changes to configure (i improved that part a
little). it should work fine like that.

once again, cache2 should probably be enabled on mingw by default,
now that sascha sommer ported it to windows. check back with him
whether it's stable enough though (i think it is). it really makes
network stuff more bearable. :)
it's now disabled on mingw at line 1577 or so in configure, in case
someone wants to change it.
