ok. (just take the parser-cfg.c from the 0.90 tarball
right ?)

another thing though - i thought afterwards that it
might be better to not print an error message, but
assume a parameter of one. (eg I have fixed-vo=1 in my
config but it would be nice to be able to just put
fixed-vo)
