[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_fbdev cleanup I.

Hi,

attached a very small patch against vo_fbdev which removes the broken
yuv2rgb (YV12) support, it works for me (TM). If nobody screams, it
should be merged with Joey Parrish's fbdev patches and finally commited.
Suggestions?
