[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] demux_ts changes

Hi,

I made some changes to (hopefully) improve the TS-demuxer:

1) now every demux_packets contains exactly one full PES payload, in 
order to reduce fragmentation   
2) some fix in the closing section to fully dump the packets pending
3) some warning fix
4) added demux_resize_packet from g2

I made 1) in order to make the demuxer behave more like demux_mpg;
with  some HDTV sample I have the playback is improved, but it's far 
from being perfect.


Suggestions are welcome.
