[MPlayer-dev-eng] Support for Xanim's VCR1 plugin in Mplayer

Hello,

The attached patch allows MPlayer to utilize Xanim's VCR1 plugin. All
the VCR1 samples on mplayerhq work with this patch.

The plugin itself can be found at
