[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Final (hopefully) 3d denoise patch

Here it is. Changes from the old version:

* Does NOT accept strides, since I don't know of any way to workaround 
the "first line" issue. (the code now uses the mpi->strides[], anyway)

* Fixed paremeters handling.

* Fixed a memory leak (I didn't free the buffer for the previous line)

* Some small code optimizations and lots of cleanups. (now you can even 
read it!)

* Updated DOCS/tech/vop.txt, so that people know it exists and how to 
use it. (should I update some other doc?)
