[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Add sanity checks to tv.c concerning channels-list

Hi,

while trying to hunt som new-config -bug (28. Dec nice little bug, by Gabu)

I found this not user-friendly one:

./mplayer -tv on:driver=v4l:channels=a -> SIG11

I added some sanity checks ...
