[MPlayer-dev-eng] [GUI][PATCH] move the window faster

Hi,
when trying to move a window while playing sometimes it takes really 
long time and the effect is that the window follows the mouse with a delay.
I've tried to reduce this effect by taking the last available motion 
event in event handler.
here are those 3 lines of code and 2 lines of comments... there are some 
questions there event though I didn't see any problem with them when 
trying the fix.
