[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] for pink screen vidix bug on RADEON

My current assumptions:
    1) VE QY and VE QZ will behave.
    2) The rage_ckey_model isn't needed.

I can't test either of these assumptions but I'm pretty confident about them. 
What do you think about updating radeon_vid accordingly?
