[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Update pci ids list and radeon_vid fixes

Contains a few of things:

1) Update pci.db to the current one available from pciids.sourceforge.net

2) Partial sync with mplayerxp of radeon model detection (credits to Nick 
Kurshev)

3) Reduce pink flicker when moving video window fix by Christophe Badina

4) Fix for colour keying for radeon 7500 and 8500 in 15- (does anyone actually 
use this?) and 16-bit modes.

Comments:

I strongly suspect that the rage_ckey_model fix is incorrect, and was only 
beneficial due to the problem corrected by 4). This will need testing by 
people with the relevent cards to avoid any unnecessary breakage.
