[MPlayer-dev-eng] Bug in the new tv-parsing config thingie

There appears to be some sort of bug in the parsing of the tv channels, i 
put a new line in the config file as described:
tv = channels=E5-SVT1,E7-SVT2,SE12-TREAN,E11-TV4,SE11-FEMMAN,SE19-MTV,SE13-ZTV,E6-DR1,E8-DANSK_TV2
but when i run mplayer -tv on, some of these channels don't work. After i 
start it, and press H to change to next channel, i get this output on 
console: (the channel started with is E5-SVT1)
Selected channel: E7 - SVT2 (freq: 189.250)
Selected channel: SE12ÿTREAN - TREAN (freq: 0.000)
Selected channel: E11 - TV4 (freq: 217.250)
Selected channel: SE11 - FEMMAN (freq: 231.250)
Selected channel: SE19 - MTV (freq: 287.250)
Selected channel: SE13ÿZTV - ZTV (freq: 0.000)
Selected channel: SE19 - MTV (freq: 287.250)
Selected channel: SE13ÿZTV - ZTV (freq: 0.000)
Selected channel: E6 - DR1 (freq: 182.250)
Selected channel: E8 - DANSK TV2 (freq: 196.250)

If i change the order of the channels a bit, it's not the same channels 
that doesn't work so it's really strange... This is with another order:
(starting on channel E7-SVT2 now)
