    You are wrong. For example:

andrej:~ locate true.1|grep man1
/usr/share/man/ja/man1/true.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/true.1.gz
andrej:~ uname -v
FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE-p2 #2: Fri Nov 15 20:29:51 EET 2002

FreeBSD _isn't_ Linux-specific, is it? :)
