Hi,

As I promised some weeks ago, I (want/have to/etc) drop my maintaier job
of the mplayer development (cvs 'main' module) tree.
(I'll try to keep 0_90 going to the stable release, apply critical fixes)

It means: do not wait for me for accepting/refusing/applying patches, bring
decisions, i'm out of the game from now!

Alex mentioned that he _may_ take the job, but he's usually busy/lazy/away
so you probably need some co-maintainers too. Maybe some voting or
invitation system could be used to select them :)

I'll be here (on -dev-eng at least) but don't count me on work, unless it's
something to be done on the server (like renaming dirs in cvs, create
new cvs accounts etc). Btw you can also ask LGB (lgb at lgb.hu) he also have
root access on mphq. Maybe i should give root password to another active
developer, but i don't know/trust any of them enough yet.
(at least while the mphq server is located at my workplace and the
responsibility is mine...)

Maybe i'll commit bugfixes (since i'll keep using mplayer (hmm. maybe time
to try xine?:)) and i'll probably fix the bugs i run into).

Don't ask my plans, I don't know yet... probably AMC->mc 4.6.0 porting and
mc bugfixes (liek ftpfs rerite, lslr-fs etc), some commercial programming job
i have to do soon (i hate database prging anyway), mailer3 rewrite and such.
When all done, i'll be back and start to stabilize/document/implement my
ideas about the new demuxer layer (unless someone else do it earlier :)).
