stream		поток (sidenote: this is where the Hungarian word "patak" comes from :-)

cryptography	криптография
to brute force	форсировать
plain text	открытый текст
redundancy	избыточность
application	приложение
software	программное средство (или пр. обеспечение)
SW (as above)	ПО
hardware	аппаратное средство
