Gabucino deleted these from the TOC.  I would also add them, but I
think we need a consent first.  I think a sensible rule would be that
all numbered sections should be in the TOC.  These sections do however
not necessarily need a number IMHO.

The numbers are wrong, is should be 2.3.1.2.12.1.  Fixed.
