[MPlayer-dev-eng] libavformat support: update NOVIRUS

Not much feedback, but anyways... I fixed a few bugs that caused segfaults
when converting files, so at least the current version is useable when
recording from a video capture card AND converting from other formats...
Still only mpeg out though...
