[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ve_lavc scenechange_threshold

Hi!

Option to set the scenechange_threshold in lavc. 
On another note, could anybody enlighten me about what 
lavc_param_inter_threshold is planned to do - mplayer has an option for it
but it's not used (yet?) in libavcodec.
