[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Mark ffwmav2 as crashing

Hi,

I tried many pr0n wmv (Windows Media 8 encoded ) movies and see that ffwmav2 
codec is selected by default and it decodes very very slow resulting in 
freezing video.

I tried -ac wmadmo and saw that it performs very well/fast on all wmv's I 
tried. So I suggest marking ffwmav2 as crashing so wmadmo is selected by 
default.

The problem I see here is ffwmav2 is marked as "untested" in codecs.conf 
whereas wmadmo is marked as "working" but still ffwmav2 is selected by 
default. Bug?

Anyway patch is attached. Please apply/comment!
