I have a couple of questions:

1) (for g2) did you already port the option code to the stream layer? If 
so I can begin to patch it with the dvb code
2) (for g1) how do subtitles work? Some users asked me to show them in 
g1, but I remember I read they aren't treated
like a stream; is it true?  What's the cleanest implementation in g1 
that I can use as reference?
