[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvb fix

Hi,

this patch permits to skip encrypted channels (going to the next free 
channel[s] based on the
direction followed last time: up/down);

The result is that:
1) mplayer  doesn't hang anymore
2) there's no more need to exclude encrypted channels from channels.conf

It needs the previous demux_ts patch to work.
