Yes, I take a look at the decimate filter and with 0 as the result the frame 
is dropped (it seems is not written in the doc)

I tought that one frame in -> one frame out so i nned to work at the output 
layer (that's not correct).

Problably the only thing I need is the tile filter, all the other thing can be 
done using existing filter / output / ... (but you lose the original frame 
number ?)

The docs (specially the man page) are evolving at a incredible speed and, 
normally, i double check to see if the things I need is already done, this 
time i do't look so good.

Problably  i must made a diff between the doc i read at the beginning (at the 
.90 pre 2 times) and the actual one.

Now i clean up the vo targa (to make ONLY the output) e take a look at the 
tile filter.
