Here's another pending one by Joey Parrish, it fixes DVD playback on
Cygwin and MinGW, which is broken atm:

This was discussed and we decided to update all of libmpdvdkit/, but
since no one has stepped up and volunteered to do that yet, I would
like to see this applied.  It has been reported to work by several
users on mplayer-cygwin.
