For me it works in just about any order (just tested). This should not be 
a problem (if it is try getting latest binutils CVS). But take a very good 
look that you haven't forgot any other (older) libogg installed (in 
/usr/lib probably, if you compile your CVS libogg somewhere else like 
/usr/local/lib). That causes this type of problem. Otherwise it should 
compile without problems. (Also just tested.)
