No, I've long since enabled Vorbis and Ogg; both Theora and Vorbis are
detected as "yes" by configure, and I've used both in the past, without
problems. (Just tested again, with yesterday's compile, and a plain
Vorbis audio file does in fact play correctly with MPlayer for me.)

I have all four libraries you list, from CVS within the past week.
