[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] -wid fullscreen behaviour and WinID-behaviour change

Hi,

this patch is a new attempt to add fullscreen when WinID is used. It uses the 
XReparentWindow-Method, which is in the current design of mplayer imho the 
best solution to deal with this issue.

For gui this was working out of the box, for the mplayer windows it depended 
on the window. For most browser windows this was not possible.

So I had to change the behaviour of 6 vo's to match those of the gui (create 
an window with the WinID as parent). Only for root-window, where normally no 
fullscreen is needed, vo_window is directly set to the root window.

As gui uses this behaviour with parents since a long time and works 
successfully together with certain plugins, this should not break anything 
...

Patch is attached, please test, comment and apply ;).
