Does this work with old tremor too? If not, it should be conditional.
Otherwise users who depend on tremor and haven't upgraded it will have
nonsense errors when they compile/run mplayer!! If you insist on not
supporting old tremor, then configure script MUST check that the
user's tremor version is compatible with mplayer...
