[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ftp support

Hi,

as some know i hacked ftp support in mplayer. Here is the patch.
I used ftplib from Thomas Pfau. As it's small and i hacked it a bit
i included it in the patch. ftplib seems portable, pls check under
win32 too.
Also i implemented seeking support. So for avi file you may want
to sue -noidx otherwise reading the index can be long (a little 10M
of d/l for a 1 CD movie).
