here's an improved patch backupwindow is now in the fullscreen 
function... more complicated but less global variables
the first global variable is a new window ID (needed to spawn a 
fullscreen view)
the second one is just optional, it just validates that the videooutput 
supports the -wid fullscreen mode if every -vo mode supports that 
feature it can be removed...
