dunno, probably not.
i don't know the current spu code, but if the reset func you call after
switch clears its state (resolution may change between spu streams) and
flush buffered fragments then it should work.

since spu packets are immediately parsed, you dont even need to flush
demuxer's dp queue.

btw, about audio switch: it's planned for g2 anyway.
