[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] xineramascreen for gmplayer (the right way)

gmplayer currently throws up windows mid-xinerama-screen, which generally
means half a window on one screen and half on another for those of us with
even numbers of screens. This is due to the Gui code not having
xineramascreen support implemented as per x11_common.

Attached is a patch to add xineramascreen support for gmplayer. This patch
mirrors the non-GUI behaviour, in that it determines and uses a screen
offset to correctly place the GUI windows. i.e. it's not a hack (well, in my
opinion :-).

Patch against CVS attached, as per DOCS/tech/patches.txt.
