The problem with playing this file is that RGB support in the radeon vidix
driver is broken. I don't really follow all of the code in there (nor do I
have any great desire to figure it all out) so that leaves a couple of
options:

1) Disable RGB.
2) Copy large chunks of code out of the mplayerxp driver.

Option 2) brings me to wonder if there is any good reason for not using the
vidix available at http://vidix.sf.net as, for the radeon at least, it
works better.
