[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Support Saxon XSLT Processor

Hello!
After system upgrade, xsltproc failed to work with MPlayer's XML 
documentation.
It gives a lot of :
runtime error: file 
/usr/share/sgml/docbook/stylesheet/xsl/nwalsh/html/html-rtf.xsl line 102 
element apply-templates
xsl:apply-templates : can't find doc
 (Even with en documentation).
This patch adds  (disabled by default) support for Saxon XSLT Processor.
If no one complains, I'll commit it in two or three days.
