[MPlayer-dev-eng] demux_fill_buffer() question

Hi,

when mplayer is reading from a DVB card it may happen to meet a 
scrambled stream; since it can't be shown it should return a 'NOT OK' 
value, but if it's 0 mplayer quits.

In cases like this I'd like mplayer to wait for some user input (e.g. 
choose to change channel).

What's the right behavior for this case?
