[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] MinGW support in configure

Hi!

I finally took the time to install MinGW and play around with it.  
Sascha Sommer sent the necessary patch for configure some time ago, I 
cleaned it up a bit and would like to commit it in a week or so if 
nobody protests.

In case you wonder

-  _dynamic_plugins = no
+  _dynamic_plugins=no

is not cosmetics, the MinGW /bin/sh does not like spaces around the "=".
