[MPlayer-dev-eng] gmplayer + xinerama

Hi list,

Please find attached a patch which makes the -xineramascreen option
work with gmplayer.

I disabled all those wsMoveWindow because they placed the window
right between the two screens. What are they good for anyway?
Had to comment out the switch in Gui/mplayer/play.c for the same
reason.

Hope I did not break other things.

the patch is against the current mplayer-0.90rc5
