Hi!

Actually as Rich said, -vf scale or -vop scale will make it work well.
As a matter of fact thanks to slice support in the scale filter, many divx 
movies play at full framerate when scaled and rotated on my pda (strongarm 
206mhz still) ! Thanks for that.
