HQ mode selector  totally different from VfW becouse when i wrote it i don't 
know prefectly which was the best  settings.
i could split motion and hq in 2 matrix

hq_ac i set indipendently so anyone could  enable or disable it

hinted me =) yes it has to be removed

lumi_mask : maybe they will replace it inside code with a better lumi_mask  
code
