Context would be a ui matter, not exclusively determined by stream
type. For example, the dvdmenu context would only be selected when on
a menu, not when in the middle of the movie where you'd want to seek.

Well it's just silly IMHO to have to find new keys for stuff like this
all the time because the same set of keymaps has to be shared
globally.

That's probably about all for now, but certainly a plenty to make it
worthwhile. For flash, think of flash movies that require input to
make things happen.
