I'm aware of that. But one of the things I like about devfs is that the /dev
root doesn't have to be cluttered with every single device. The device nodes
can go under appropriate directories for SCSI disks, serial ports, TTYs, etc.
(except for the LVM, grrrr...)

On that note, I wonder if /dev/mga_vid shouldn't be /dev/misc/mga_vid on devfs.
I'll do a patch if someone says it won't be rejected outright.
