btw, if you're on dga already...
it seems that vo-dga doesn't implement get_image(), so direct rendering is
not possible. it could mean big speedup wiht some codecs, esp. the binary
ones (win32 and divx4linux), as the native codecs use draw_slice()

unfortunatelly i couldn't get dga working with my g400, seems to be g400
driver bug (anyway it's broken since xf 4.0, i have 4.2 now), it reports
wrong byteperline value :(
