Hi,
could please someone who know all this GPL legal mess help me preparing the
divx4_vbr.c file ?
currently it has some GPL stuff in the headers along with the divx4 stuff,
i'm really confused :(
A'rpi
in short: we're allowed to redistribute the file under GPL, see bellow:

Arpi,
Hey long time no talk :) Sure, can you do me a favor since I do not have
the time
and since you have the code already? If you can place in the standard GPL
headers
and leave in any DivX/DARC author names and copyright and then send me the
updated files
I'll just take a quick look at them and send you an email which would in itself
legally cover you.
