[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] DXR3+DVD+DVD subtitles, totally async

All my DVDs' subtitles (any language) are off 2-3 seconds using DXR3. They just
appear for 0.5 seconds, and sometimes last much more than they should. They are
ok with -vo xv,

And the audio is still constantly off a 0.2-0.3 seconds, as reported by many,
probably some libdvd* and mplayer interaction error??

Tried to reverse patches of the last 2 months on spuenc.c and/or vo_dxr3.c,
but no success.
