[MPlayer-dev-eng] BUG? swscaler vs 422planar

Hi,

try with any divx/mpeg file (native yv12 codecs):
mplayer file.avi -vop yuy2,format=422p,scale

(it forces codec->yv12-(swscaler)->422p-(yuy2)->yuy2->vo path)

the result is interesting - every second chroma line is blank,
so you get interlaced-feeling image.
i hoped that swscaler will upsample (interpolate) chroma (but at least
duplicate chroma lines) when doing yv12->422p conversion.
