If it's rman yes (new version). Actually all of them have
positive and negative points. rman just supports a very limited
numbers of macros (.PD, maybe I should remove it) and it
interprets the httpxxxx as a URL -> ugly synopsis.
It's main problem are the indentations. Some are used to create 
nice tables and if it doesn't work the output is not very 
readable. But you're right. It looks nice (rest) and is small.
But the changes are needed anyway and I customized it for groff 
as it's the main tool.

It should be easy to add rman support: remove the .PDs in the
macro definitions (results in ugly man output).
Btw: SS=18 results in a nice man page output :) unfortunately 
     the groff output looks ugly, so I let it SS=4 (or sthg
     like this)

Well, IMHO it should still be read with man. You'll never get 
the same output like man with html (IMHO).
