Yes, I noticed a while ago that MEncoder would not compile with
--disable-divx4linux and proposed a solution that Arpi adapted. So if
you compile with --disable-divx4linux you do not need divx4_vbr.c. It
would still be great to get rid of the file to bury all that political
trouble once and for all.
