These error messages give the reason: The LIVE.COM Streaming Media 
libraries (which are used to implement RTSP streaming in "mplayer") 
currently do not support MPEG-4 RTP streams.  This is on the 'to do' list, 
however.  (MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 are supported, however.)
