Hi,

vo_sdl.c needs some updates, to
- detect availability of SDL in preinit()
- work with -fixed-vo mode (multiple config() calls between preinit/uninit)
- imho its internal XDisplayopen/close should be removed, use vo_init()
instead

for the first thing, maybe mobing sdl_open() to preinit() is enough, but it
maybe depebds on parameters passed to config. in the later case it should eb
split to 2 major parts, a general and a config-dependent init, and the
general part called once from preinit().

Atmos, could you look at it?
