[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] fix segfault when mp3 seeking

Hi,

Please someone more aware of the mp3 code check and apply the attached
patch that fixes some segfault when seeking.

len sometimes is 0 thus no buffer is allocated and the NULL pointer is
written to.

Triggering it is somewhat difficult (seeking fwd/backwd etc... till it
crashes ;) but those things happen.
