Okay. No tech/*, no problem. But, in that case - we need to move all
advanced user docs out of there: colorspaces.txt, formats.txt,
lavc-options.txt, swscaler_filters.txt, swscaler_methods.txt and vop.txt.
These contain vital information for encoding so they should be included in
the packages. The rest, however, is developers-only stuff and could be left
out.

Developers do need to download the source anyway, so it's not a problem
for them.
