[MPlayer-dev-eng] [GUI][PATCH] use checkbuttons for DVD menu

Hi,
here is a patch for menu.c in Gui/mplayer/gtk to use check menu items 
(this way you see which item is currently active).

There is one problem I have with my DVD though (not related to this 
patch): when I choose some chapter/title, sometimes MPlayer skips 
chapters/titles and plays something else.
For example: I when I choose chapter 10, MPlayer reports playing chapter 
14... Or switches the title from 1 to 3... seems like some memory 
corruption thing? Anybody has this problem?
